Welcome to the resource site for Mr. Peurifoy's Beginning Greek class. The above materials were developed to be used in conjunction with William D. Mounce's book, Basics of Biblical Greek. Most are set up as PDF files (Portable Document Format) so they can be used regardless of what type of operating system or word processor you use. The PDF files work best if you first download them to your computer, then open them. To download the file to your computer:

1. Right Click on the file you want to download
2. Select "Save Target As"
3. Select the folder on your computer in which you want to store the file

If you have never worked with PDF files, you need to install a PDF reader on your computer. Click on this link to download a free PDF reader. Look for the area titled Readers. Then go to the line labeled Acrobat Readers and select the operating system you are currently using on your computer. If you have a dial up modem, the download will probably take about 45 minutes. Once you've installed the reader, the reader should load and open the the PDF file automatically when you click on it.

Please report any problems that you encounter so I can correct them.

For you contemporary worship fans, here's a sample of my guitar playing with one of the praise & worship teams I've served on. This recording was made after the Sunday service a couple of years ago. It was completely unrehearsed and it's not the best quality, but it's the only sample I have in mp3 format.
